Just 150m to the beautiful Cala Abogat bay Villa Maria is perfectly located for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is positioned down a peaceful cul-de-sac and is detached with a large drive with parking for several vehicles. There are sea views from the terrace and the beach is a few minutes walk away.

The villa has a large lounge with a wood burner stove and comfortable seating, a well equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom, two terraces both with dining tables and chairs and a roof terrace.

In addition to two cream leather sofas the lounge has a leather reclining chair, a flat screen television providing Spanish, English and European TV channels, and a DVD player. The villa has wireless internet access, an Ipod docking station and a selection of books and DVDs

The dining area has a table and six chairs and leads on to the main terrace which has a large retractable sun canopy, a further dining table and chairs and delightful sea views.

The American style kitchen has granite worktops and all the equipment necessary to ensure a comfortable stay is provided including oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside there is a kidney shaped pool which has Roman steps with a night light for romantic midnight swims. A covered pergola with lighting, BBQ, outside kitchen, including a fridge, pizza oven and paella ring, is set to the side of the pool with a comfortable outside dining area, sun shades and sun loungers.

Bedrooms: 

All bedrooms have comfortable beds, ceiling fans, mosquito netting and adequate wardrobes and drawer storage. Bed linen is provided in the price.

Bedroom 1 :

This bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a newly installed en-suite bathroom. It also has a small private terrace and access to the roof terrace

Bedroom 2 :

This bedroom has two single beds which can be converted into a large superking bed.

Bedroom 3 :  This is a spacious room with two single beds

Bathroom 1 : Toilet, Bidet, Vanity Unit, Bath with Shower over.

En-suite Bathroom : Toilet, Bidet, Vanity Unit, Walk-in Shower
